Funny Phrases
Okay, so in choir we sang this song called "The Common Cold". It's kind of a goofy song about someone who has a really bad cold. The humor is in the words though. There's one part toward the end that says, "A common cold gadzooks forsooth!". So my question is, what happened to words and phrases like that? Why do we only say boring things like wow, or cool? I miss the days where they used creative words! Now it's all lazy and rotten language! What is this world coming to? haha :P

That's true our words are pretty lame now.... in fact i feel kind of dumb that my most popular responses to people is "Oh cool" or "how fun"! How boring am I? OK I think this week we should all say gadzooks to someone! haha (and you guys can't say it to each other, that's cheating!)
yeah i know! and i feel like i'm always saying the same things over and over again! haha! that sounds like an awesome idea! i'm all in! it would be interesting to see their reaction...haha oh well...it'll be fun...:)

NAPPY and spelled cool kewl?? ahahahahhah.. um hopin is a good word.. haha im really gunna say those and see waht people say.. i cant see you saying them cass.. hahaha

Wow Cass, I even remember nappy! You said it when I was in elementary, it means nasty. I think Ash should have to say those words to people who aren't in her little tight-nit group...it would be way too easy for her to say them to those guys, they're all so weird together :) And Kie and Cass are not allowed to say them to husbands or kids! I'm still trying to figure out when people all used to say gadzooks - I'm pretty sure it's not one of those words that were popular for a time. As for the rest of those words, there's a reason people don't say them anymore!
wait then who can i say the words to? do parker and mayli count? haha, i don't see other people enough to be that confident in making a fool of myself! :)

hey now! b i am utterly offended! if i said those words to my friends they would be the most brutal! they make fun of people shamelessly for stuff like that! i can understand heather but i don't think it's fair to cut out my friends! HELLO! those are the people i talk to! what about mom and dad? i think they shouldn't count either....anyone in our family basically....cass! you could say it to the willoughby's! haha! or shaylee! why would the word gadzooks exist if there was never a time when people used it? i mean surely SOMEONE did! you know! people come up with the wierdest stuff and say them thinking they're cool! like nappy cass? nice...haha

And remember how you used to say "was ea" (vasi-a), okay, I have no idea how to spell it, but it was your made up version of "whatever" in German......back when your room had a giant "I HEART BSB" covering the wall. You were cute!!! Hahahahaha. Well, I'm certainly going to say it to a teacher, and why on earth are you questioning who I'm going to say it to?? At this point, I probably talk to more people than all of you! I have my class friends, my freshmen friends, my Muay Thai friends, my church friends...I mean, I don't mean to brag, but come on, I'm a little offended...
