Quote!

Yes, we were discussing Jeff's marriage in math class instead of math! Here's what my teacher had to say about it:

"Getting married in college is like bringing a sandwich to a restaurant." -Dr. Isom

One of my favorite people! He's the best math teacher - and he reminds me of (some common first name that I can NEVER remember) Farraday (sp?) from Lost, my most favorite character on the show!

Paper!

Here's a quote I heard in 6th grade, so I'm not sure if I'm going to get it right, and I also don't know who said it.

"Life is a piece of paper on which every passerby leaves a mark."

A Little Buddha, Anyone?

Here's my quote for the week:

“The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which; he simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.” - Buddha

A Little Inspiration

I thought it would be fun to have a weekly quote, but I didn't suggest it for the side bar because I wanted you to comment on them!

So here's my quote for this week, but first the history behind it. I found it years ago, and it has brought me inspiration ever since; you may know that I even have it taped to my bedroom wall.

"You don't die at 80 if you can live to 96"
