Yo

So I've been spending my evenings flipping tires and lifting weights with my teeth...

What are the strangest things you've done for a good workout/lift?

hmmm this probably isn't that uncommon, but i thought it was weird--we did backwards sit-ups, laying on our stomachs, then we rolled over and did normal ones, then rolled back and so on...

i've been thinking about this for 2 days and i guess i dont work out enough to have something strange. doing pilates with mayli was pretty entertaining though!

haha yeah i guess that would look pretty funny to everyone watching! and the pictures of mayli doing pilates are entertainment enough! those are soooo cute! haha

YUCK!! I cant get over that teeth lifting thing.. makes me sick to think about!! haha.. hm.. i'll have to think about that.. duck walks are pretty funny!!

Yikes! I did some horrible warm-ups for the seminar on Friday and Saturday, but I met HOUSTON, THE ASSASSIN, ALEXANDER!! And he was awesome!! We did grappler's crawls that I don't want to write an explanation for, and I don't think you'd care anyway. We also did backwards bunny hops and rabbit jumps - or as Houston would put it, big bunny hops, and scorpian crawls. They were nightmarish, and my legs felt like they could literally just fall right off. It's always fun to watch people doing the duck walk!
